We operates as an Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP). We are a non-traditional law firm structured as a virtual practice and fully remote and/or hybrid, utilizing cloud-based technology. We provides impartial, reliable, and cost-effective legal support solutions - including, but not limited to process serving, legal courier services, and mobile notary assistance. Our services are offered as an alternative to the traditional law firm model. We focus on providing the practical, logistical legal support that helps attorneys, businesses and individual patrons move forward with confidence while saving time and resources. 

We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal representation or legal advice. Nothing contained in our services, communications, or materials should be construed as legal counsel. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that all information, assistance, and support we provide are intended solely for logistical and administrative purposes within the scope of legal support services. 

SECTION 6 - CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful documents for delivery of service. We (Custom Design Couriers) are not responsible for errors or delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or unlawful information. Clients must ensure that any legal filings or deadlines are managed by their own legal representatives.

SECTION 7 - FEES AND PAYMENT

Service fees are due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.  Rush or same-day service requests may incur additional fees. Payments are non-refundable once service attempts have commenced.

SECTION 7 - SERVICE ATTEMPTS AND COMPLETION

Custom Design Couriers will make a reasonable number of service attempts (typically three unless otherwise stated). A service is considered completed when delivery or service is made, or after reasonable attempts have been documented. Custom Design Couriers will provide proof of service or non-service when required.

SECTION 8 - IMPARTIALITY

Custom Design Couriers remains neutral and impartial in all services performed. No preferential treatment will be given to any party.

SECTION 9 - CONFIDENTIALITY

All documents and information provided are handled with strict confidentiality. Custom Design Couriers will not disclose information except as required by law or court order.

SECTION 10 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Custom Design Couriers is not liable for consequential damages, missed deadlines, or losses arising from service delays outside its control (including weather, court closures, or recipient avoidance) Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in arbitration and in the courts located within its jurisdiction and in the State of Ohio.

SECTION 12 - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order with Custom Design Couriers, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
