At Custom Design Couriers, LLC, we strive to provide exceptional legal couriers services. This refund notice outlines our policy regarding refunds for services rendered.

Custom Design Couriers, LLC or (Custom Design Couriers) is dedicated to providing impartial, timely, and reliable legal support services; including process serving, legal courier service, and mobile notary assistance. Because these services are time-sensitive and performed on-demand, all fees are generally considered non-refundable once services have been initiated.

1. Cancellations Before Service Begins

  • A full refund may be issued if a client cancels a service request before a courier, server or notary has been dispatched.
  • Once work has started, no full refund will be provided.

2.  Partial Refunds or Credits

  • If a service cannot be completed for reasons outside the client’s control (e.g., wrong information provided by third parties,  subject evasion, or building access issues ),  Custom Design Couriers may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund or apply the balance as a credit toward future services.

3.  Non-Refundable Fees

  • Any payments related to rush fees, travel fees, court filing fees, administrative charges , or government costs are non-refundable .

4.  Service Quality Concerns

  • Clients who have concerns about the service provided should contact us at: info@customdesigncouriers-llc.com or 330-844-1493 within 5 business days of service completion.
